Cancellation Policy
No-Show & Cancellation Policy At Pinnacle Driving Academy, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson. To accommodate all of our students efficiently, we have implemented the following policy: Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule your class at no charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to other students in need of lessons. No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your scheduled lesson without prior notice or cancel within less than 24 hours, a 50% charge of the class fee will be applied. This fee is to cover the instructor's time and the reserved spot that could have been used by another student.
